2015
TEnt MD, Jan Tucker, was contacted by the COO of Petro Santander, Colombia (PSC), on two separate occasions. The first was to provide external, specialist, assurance on their 2015 HSE Plan and the second was to lead an incident investigation for a high potential event that occurred in their facility. Jan travelled to the field on both occasions with the COO to work with the PSC HSE Manager and provide feedback to the COO & field Leadership Team on the outputs of both visits. Subsequent to this work, Jan was contacted by the CEO for Petro Santander International (PSI), based in Houston, in order to develop an integrated Corporate HSE Manual. This latter work was completed in a ten day period and submitted to PSI on-schedule & well within budget.
2015-2016
TEnt MD, Jan, was contacted by the Owner of KSI Ltd, a Scottish-based H&S Training Company to support the Owner in a Behavioural based training course for British Gas senior project Leadership Team in Houston, USA. Jan delivered this support including managing the LT behavioural theory practical application on-site at BG Gulf of Mexico LNG and Marine Contractor sites.
2016
TEnt MD, Jan, was contacted by the VP HSEQ for The Linde Group in May 2016 to provide external, specialist, input based on his experience in HSE performance improvement within BP. Jan delivered a presentation on this theme at a Leadership Team meeting held in Munich, Germany. Subsequent to this Jan was requested to provide input to the VP on several HSE issues and this led to a longer-term Consultancy contract commencing October 3’rd 2016. Jan is currently supporting The Linde Group Corporate HSEQ team to define 4 HSEQ performance improvement opportunities and other ad hoc projects, working out of their Guildford, UK & Munich, Germany offices.
